Flavor Principles

Some flavor principles that China uses are soy sauce, ginger, and rice wine. They also have been boiling, dipping, stewing and munching on herbs for thousands of years. They use certain herbs to guide the medicine work. Some Chinese herbs are combined to reduce toxicity of other drugs. Most herbs are only used to enhance flavor. The Chinese believe that flavor eis very important because it helps to send nutrition to the organs.
